We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong background in Influencer Collaborations & Strategyto join our team. As an Influencer Marketing ManagerManager, you will be responsible for executing Collaborations along with nurturing relationships with brands & Influencers, driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to meet brand objectives and target audience.
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand values and campaign requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and collaborations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Track and report on key metrics, demonstrating the effectiveness and ROI of influencer marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing regulations and compliance guidelines.
- Explore new partnership opportunities, platforms, and tools to enhance the influencer marketing program.

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-2 to 4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency or similar platform.
-Strong network and relationships with influencers and a deep understanding of the influencer landscape.
-Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful influencer marketing strategies.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly.
-Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
-Proficient in using influencer marketing platforms, tools, and social media analytics.
-Creative thinking with the ability to conceptualise innovative influencer marketing concepts.
